Smart Cars Gaining In Popularity
June 6th, 08Smart Cars, hailed to be the next big thing in the automotive world, has hit the road in the United States with mixed reviews. These small cars have been all the rage in Europe for the past decade and have only recently been making the move to other countries.
The United States started selling Smart Cars in the early part of 2008 though trying to find one will be difficult. Dealers are unable to keep the cars on the lot and the resulting waiting list can be as long as one year. So what is making these cars so desirable? It’s the 60 miles per gallon that is attracting many to trade in their gas guzzlers for this compact wonder.
